Where does Fliphand deliver?

Currently, Fliphand delivers within the United Kingdom (UK). Orders with delivery addresses outside the UK may not be accepted or may be cancelled.

How long does order processing take?

All orders are prepared and processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched.

How long does standard delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 6–10 working days after dispatch, or 7–12 working days including processing time (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

How much does shipping cost?

  • FREE for orders of £50 or above

  • A £4.99 shipping fee applies to orders below £50
    Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your Fliphand account.

Which couriers does Fliphand use?

We work with trusted courier partners including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and other reputable logistics providers. The courier used depends on the delivery address, shipping option, and item size or value.

Is a signature required on delivery?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Any individual present at the delivery address may sign, and this will be considered valid proof of delivery.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes. You may specify an alternative delivery address at checkout. Once an order is submitted, delivery address changes cannot be made.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave a calling card and attempt redelivery or provide instructions for rescheduling. In some cases, parcels may be delivered to a neighbour, with notice left.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses?

No. We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses, as all deliveries require a physical signature.

What if an item becomes out of stock after I place an order?

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you within 7 days. You may choose a refund, a substitute item, or to wait for restocking.

What if my delivery is delayed?

While we aim to meet stated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, holidays, or unforeseen events.
If delivery exceeds 10 working days (standard) or 6 working days (expedited), please contact us. At our discretion, we may offer compensation such as store credit or an expedited shipping upgrade.

Will delivery times change during peak periods?

Yes. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday), delivery times may be longer due to higher courier volumes. We recommend ordering early. Fliphand is not liable for predictable seasonal delays.

 

Returns, Repairs & Warranty FAQs

How long do I have to return an item if I change my mind?

You may return non-defective items within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, in pristine condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a tracked and insured service.

What if I receive a wrong or defective item?

You must report the issue within 3 business days of delivery and provide order details and photo/video evidence. Fliphand may offer a replacement, refund, or reimbursement of return postage.

What warranty do Pre-Owned devices include?

All Pre-Owned devices include a 12-month limited hardware warranty covering manufacturer-related defects under normal use.

Who pays shipping for warranty repairs?

  • Shipping to Fliphand: paid by the customer

  • Return shipping after an approved warranty repair: covered by Fliphand
    If no fault is found or the issue is outside warranty, the customer must pay return shipping.

What happens if I don’t collect or pay for a returned device?

Devices not collected or arranged for return within 30 days will be deemed unclaimed. Fliphand may recycle, dispose of, or resell them to recover costs.
