How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your Fliphand account.


Which couriers does Fliphand use?
We work with trusted courier partners, including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and other reputable logistics providers. The courier used will depend on the delivery address, selected shipping option, and the size or value of the item.


Is a signature required on delivery?
Yes. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Any individual present at the delivery address may sign for the parcel, and this will be considered valid proof of delivery.


Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes. You may enter an alternative delivery address at checkout. Please note that once an order has been submitted, delivery address changes cannot be made.


What happens if I miss my delivery?
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave a calling card and may attempt redelivery or provide instructions for rescheduling. In some cases, the parcel may be delivered to a neighbour, with a notice left at your address.


Do you ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses?
No. We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses, as all deliveries require a physical signature upon receipt.
