All orders must be paid in full in advance, including any pre-order items where applicable. If you use a card issued outside the website’s displayed currency, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional transaction fees. These charges are set by your financial institution and are your responsibility. Fliphand will only receive the order total shown at checkout.

Currency
Payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout (e.g. GBP or EUR). If your card requires currency conversion, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates and transaction fees. Fliphand does not control or receive these charges and is not liable for them.
Coupon Codes & Store Credit
You may enter a coupon code at checkout and select “Apply” for the discount to be deducted from your order total. If you do not click “Apply” before completing checkout, the discount may not be reflected in your final total.
Please enter coupon codes exactly as provided (including correct characters and no extra spaces). To avoid errors, we recommend copying and pasting the code.
Store credit may be issued in the form of a coupon code with a stated validity period. Unless otherwise specified, only one coupon code may be used per order. Certain coupon codes may be limited to one-time use per account, apply only to eligible items, and/or expire on a specific date. If a coupon is not valid for your order, you will be notified at checkout.
